Employee of the Month

Bob is a mainstay of the reporting team, with excellent technical skills and a deep knowledge of the data in our systems.  His experience and skill mean that he is able to take on the most complex projects, and those that are needed urgently.  He consistently delivers quality work, and is always determined to deliver the best solution for the customer. A partial list of his work in recent months alone includes the modification and scheduling of 18 reports for the Registrar’s Office to identify student record abnormalities allowing that office to take action; development of a new report for College of Science and Engineering which allows the college to identify all undergraduate computer science and engineering students who are eligible for full major status; and creation of a data extract which will provide data allowing the New Student and Family Experiences office to assess the policy to require "Readmit" and "Second Bachelors Degree" students to complete New Student Orientation upon re-enrollment at TXST.

In addition to the quantity and quality of his work, Bob’s genuine desire to help and his approachable personality are part of what makes him such a valued and popular team member.
